LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. My evaluation was going to be ZERO but I give it a star for the man who is running the Technical Service because he is alone and part-time. Too much for such a huge workload. I'm not coming back

Bad service, sometimes they don't meet the customer. Not recommended.
I bought a XIAOMI cell phone a few days ago, when I made the purchase the delivery time was 2 to 3 working days (I bought it on Friday afternoon/evening, through the carrefour page), when I went to look at my order The delivery time had changed to 3 to 5 days. I tried countless times to contact them by phone, IMPOSSIBLE. The order is delivered to me on Monday the 11th in the morning.
